Anyone who knows me, know that I love salad! When asked to bring something to a potluck, I always bring a huge salad. In fact, I’m almost always asked to bring a salad! My Caesar Salad is my most requested salad, but my Roasted Corn Salad is definitely in second place! I often serve my Caesar Salad as a side dish to a pasta or BBQ meal, but during the summer, I top it with some grilled chicken and it’s our main course!
