There’s always room for Jello. J-E-L-L-O. And who doesn’t love a Jello Jiggler??
I used to make Jello Jigglers all the time when my girls were little. They’re grown now, but, every once in awhile, the kid in me comes out and I still want a jiggler 🙂 And since I happened to want a red/green holiday treat for my blog, I knew these Christmas Jigglers would be perfect!
Make up a batch of Christmas Jello Jigglers for the little ones in your life this holiday season!
Christmas Jello Jigglers
Ingredients
- For Red Jigglers:
- 2 - 6 oz packages red Jello
- 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
- 4 cups boiling water
- For Green Jigglers:
- 2 - 6 oz packages lime Jello
- 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
- 4 cups boiling water
Instructions
- For Red Jigglers:
- Put red Jello and Knox gelatin into a bowl.
- Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into 9x13 inch pan.
- Cool in refrigerator until firm (4-5 hours).
- Cut with star cookie cutter (or cut into squares)
- Repeat for Green Jigglers.
- Optional: Add sprinkles before serving.
- **since I knew I'd be cutting these with cookie cutters and wanted to guarantee they'd pop right out of the pan, I sprayed the pan very lightly with cooking spray, then wiped off with a paper towel. If I'm cutting squares, I don't worry about spraying.
